Grab 6 green onions and cut off the white part, a bushel of cilantro and I just tear the stems off (and save both the cilantro stems and white parts of the green onions), 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tsp of paprika, 1 tsp of dried dill, 2 tbsp of dried parsley (you could use fresh but I didn’t have any), and 1 tsp of pink Himalayan sea salt.
Throw it all in a food processor or Bullet blender.
Add a tbsp of worchestire sauce (you can substitute balsamic vinegar or coconut aminos here) and 1 tbsp of white wine vinegar. My absolute favorite is from Trader Joes. It’s Orange Muscat Champagne Vinegar.
Add 3 cups of Mayo and 1.5 cups of sour cream. Blend again and taste test. You now have 2 large mason jars full of heaven!
